New project: food contact chemicals and the microbiome
Congratulations to Nicholas (and to collaborators Shana Sturla and Serina Robinson) for a new project, "FluxiFork", funded by UniScientia Foundation and coordinated by the World Food Systems Center. This project extends our collaboration with EAWAG to examine cross-talk between food contact chemicals and the microbiome. Exciting findings ahead!
