HealthFerm meeting and launch of Citizen Science project

We were pleased to host the annual HealthFerm meeting and workshop at ETH Zurich in early September. Around 70 researchers came to the ETH for 3 days to discuss research progress, as well as a workshop for early researchers.

September also marks the launch of the Citizen Science project that plays a key part of HealthFerm. The citizen science project aims to form a network of researchers, citizen scientists, artisans and food industry professionals who will collect and document the plant-based fermented food biodiversity in Europe. For more information, see external pagethis webpage.
